Craash Art Return & Damage Policy

Effective for all purchases made through Craash Art.
Made-to-Order Policy
All artwork and products offered by Craash Art are custom made-to-order, meaning each piece is produced specifically for you only after your purchase is completed. Because of this individualized production process, all sales are final. Craash Art does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than verified damage upon arrival.

Damaged Items
Although rare, products may occasionally arrive damaged during shipment. If you receive an item that appears damaged, you may request a Damage Review by emailing support@craashart.com.
To qualify, you must submit clear, detailed photographs of:
- The damaged area(s)
- The entire product
- The packaging (including any visible dents, tears, or deformities)
Photos must be in .jpeg or .png format.
Damage Review Requirements
By requesting a Damage Review, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Photo Submission Window:
Damage photos must be sent to Craash Art within 72 hours of the delivery date as listed by the shipping carrier. -
Condition of the Product:
Photos must be taken immediately upon opening the package. Items must not be hung, displayed, installed, or otherwise used before photographs are taken. -
Review Timeline:
Damage Reviews typically require up to 30 business days for evaluation. -
Outcome:
After review, Craash Art may, at its sole discretion, choose to repair or replace the damaged item. Determinations are final. -
Replacement Fulfillment:
If a replacement is approved, its production and delivery will depend on current manufacturing capacity, inventory availability, and standard shipping timelines.
In certain cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs if a product must be sent back for repair or verification.
